At Centers of Medical Excellence, we recognize that our patients’ needs can be very complex, so we also address the social and emotional components as part of our broad range of services. Our centers work in collaboration with the community and social services to ensure that care is provided in an integrated and seamless manner.
Along with our affiliates and subsidiaries, we have been providing comprehensive geriatric care services to our clients for almost 20 years. Our growth and expansion into the provision of health services are poised to be a force in the community, while continuing to provide a range of other specialized geriatric specialist services.
